Boco Rock Wind Farm is owned by Thai Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO). Construction of stage one of the Boco Rock Wind Farm project will comprise 67 of the 122 approved wind turbine locations encompassing the two western clusters. These clusters are referred to as the Sherwins and Springfield clusters in the Environmental Assessment approved by the NSW and Federal Governments. A power line connecting the wind farm to the Essential Energy owned lines at Steeple Flat is also part of stage one. An overview map of the site can be found here.
EGCO have engaged Wind Prospect CWP Pty Ltd to act as Asset Managers for the project. Wind Prospect CWP is a joint venture company between the Wind Prospect Group and Continental Wind Partners.
