Construction of Stage 1 of the $361m Boco Rock Wind Farm is under way. Once constructed, the project will comprise 67 wind turbines and 33 km of new on-site roads, and begin generating clean, renewable energy.

Turbine component delivery from the Port of Eden to the project site is under way. The transport period is expected to continue for another few months. During this time over-size and overmass trucks will be travelling along the transport route six days a week. For more information see What's happening.

Boco Rock Wind Farm was developed by, and is currently being managed by CWP Renewables, on behalf of the project owner, Thai based Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO).
