Transport Route for component delivery

Construction of Stage 1 of the $361m Boco Rock Wind Farm is under way. Once constructed, the project will comprise 67 wind turbines and 33 km of new on-site roads.

Turbine component delivery from the Port of Eden to the project site will now be commencing after the Easter/Anzac break. The transport period is expected to take up to 6 months to complete, during this time over-size and overmass trucks will be travelling along the transport route six days a week. Boco Rock Wind Farm was developed by, and is currently being managed by CWP Renewables. The wind farm is owned by the Thai owned Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO).
